The fee is a schedule with breakpoints, which mean the more breakpoints you pass, the lower the total fee percentage gets. Fees are billed quarterly in advance, normally uploaded directly from accounts.

A rollover just means moving funds from one account (usually a 401(k), 403(b), TSP, IRA, or other retirement account) into another account (normally an IRA). This is a non-taxable event.
This is exactly why it is important to have a plan! Adding an unexpected sum to your retirement portfolio will potentially give you more flexibility to lower the risk profile of your portfolio, retire early, or fund one of your stretch goals.
The most important part of working with an advisor is trust. As such, we encourage people to interview several advisors from different firms until you find one you connect with and can trust.
While we believe our level of service to be excellent, we hold that our real differentiator is that we are a boutique firm which means we stay intentionally small. This allows us to know our clients and understand their situations. We don’t have an 800 number or a call center. Clients don’t work with junior advisors or unfamiliar staff, but with their actual advisor.
